1. Reach Exalted Reputation: To purchase the mount, you must be Exalted with either Baradin’s Wardens or Hellscream’s Reach. You can gain a reputation with these factions by completing daily quests in Tol Barad Peninsula.
2. Obtain Tol Barad Commendations: You can earn Tol Barad Commendations by completing daily quests in Tol Barad Peninsula. There are 12 quests available each day that rewards you with a commendation upon completion. This means you can earn up to 12 commendations and progress towards an exalted reputation in a single day.
3. Purchase with Tol Barad Commendations: Once you reach Exalted, you can buy the Reins of the Drake of the West Wind mount from Quartermaster Brazie (for Alliance) or Pogg (for Horde) for 200 Tol Barad Commendations.

It’s worth noting that: Winning the Tol Barad PvP event can reward you with additional Tol Barad Commendations and a reputation with your faction. The PvP event can be won multiple times daily, so keep participating to earn more commendations.
