Calling all Free Company leaders and aspiring community builders! The FFXIV Spring Community Support Campaign is a limited-time FFXIV seasonal event designed to help players form new Free Companies or expand existing ones, setting the stage for their journey forward. This initiative is part of FFXIV’s ongoing effort to foster community and camaraderie among adventurers. Square Enix is offering fantastic incentives – earn valuable rewards simply for participating and building your FC! It’s a great way to strengthen your social connections and get rewarded for it.
If you’re new to the realm reborn, a Free Company is essentially FFXIV’s version of a guild – a lovely banner under which adventurers gather for fun, friendship, conquering primals, engaging in the hunt, completing quests, or perhaps just sharing stories and housing decorations in any city. This campaign is all about encouraging FCs to use the official Community Finder website (think of it as the official FC dating site!) to recruit.
Mark Your Calendars! (Campaign Dates!)

The campaign takes place from Friday, April 11, 2025, to Friday, May 9, 2025. During this period, FC leaders can create public recruitment posts on the official Community Finder to participate. This aligns with other annual celebrations in Eorzea, such as Hatching-tide, Little Ladies’ Day, the Rising, All Saints’ Wake, or even future dance and romance events, though this campaign is separate.

Two Campaigns, Double the Fun!
The event is split into two parts, cleverly named Campaign A (easy peasy!) and Campaign B (a shot at rare goodies!). You can potentially participate in both!
Campaign A: Fireworks for Everyone! (Well, for FFXIV Event’s Participating FCs!)

This one’s delightfully simple and guarantees some explosive fun for your FC stash.
How to Participate: During the campaign period (April 11 – May 9), simply create a public recruitment post for your Free Company on the official Community Finder website. Doesn’t matter if you’re an established FC bursting with members looking for new blood, or if you’re a lone adventurer trying to gather founding members for a brand new FC. Just get that post published!
The Prize: Just for making that post during the campaign period, your FC will be eligible to receive a hefty stash of in-game fireworks! We’re talking 999x Magic Prism: Ruby Lotus, 999x Magic Prism: Sapphire Lotus, and 999x Magic Prism: Emerald Lotus. That’s nearly 3,000 colourful bursts to celebrate victories, host FC events, add flair to your Gpose shots in cities or elsewhere, or just randomly light up the sky!
The Best Part? Eligibility for these fireworks is based purely on publishing the recruitment post at least once during the campaign window. Your FC gets the fireworks regardless of whether you actually recruit a single soul or even successfully form the Free Company (if you were recruiting founders). Basically, just put your name out there, and the sparkles are yours!

Campaign B: The Shiny Loot Lottery! (Luck Required!)

Think Campaign A’s fireworks are neat? Campaign B is where the really coveted prizes are hiding, like super rare glamour items! You can bet these are highly sought after. But it involves a bit more effort, a specific extra step, and a dash of pure luck, as it’s a lottery with limited winners!
How to Participate:
You still need to create or update that public recruitment post on the Community Finder during the campaign period (April 11 – May 9).
Additionally, for the Lottery Entry: Within the recruitment post itself, you need to follow a specific format to enter the drawing. Find the “Details” section of your recruitment post editor on the Community Finder website.
Publish or update your recruitment post with this template correctly inserted!
Eligibility for Drawing:

To be officially entered into the prize draw, your recruitment post must use the correct template and item name in the Details section and your FC needs to be successfully formed (if you were recruiting founders) before the campaign processing period begins (which happens after the May 9th end date). Existing FCs just need the correctly formatted, active post. Entries are invalid if the template/item name is wrong or if you mess up the final confirmation step by clicking “Ended via Community Finder” incorrectly.
The Prize:

From all eligible entries, 100 lucky FC leaders globally will be randomly selected to receive:
Wrapped Present x5: These mysterious gifts contain a random consumable item. Think of it as a little bonus prize! Surprise!
Their Chosen Item: ONE of the following highly desirable goodies, whichever one they specified in their recruitment post (choose carefully!):
- Great Parasol (Fashion Accessory – perfect for Eorzean picnics!)
- Modern Aesthetics – Strife (Hairstyle – Cloud’s iconic spiky look, usable by all genders/races now!)
- Noble Barding (Chocobo Armor – make your Chocobo look extra fancy!)
- Scarf of Wondrous Wit (Necklace Glamour)
- Ahriman Choker (Necklace Glamour – for those spooky-cute vibes!)
- Mandragora Choker (Necklace Glamour – adorable vegetable power!)
- Garlond Goggles (Headgear Glamour – stylish and techy! Note: Originally listed as Gaye Cap in some places, but Garlond Goggles is the correct item!)
- Leaporate Earring
These are items players might wish to purchase or obtain through exchange or other rare means normally.

Campaign B Template: Your Secret Code to Coveted Loot!

So you’re aiming for the big leagues, hoping to be one of the lucky 100 to snag a rare glamour item like the Leaporate Earring or Strife Hairstyle? You need the secret code! To enter the Campaign B prize draw, your FC recruitment post must include a very specific template in the “Details” section of the Community Finder page.
The Magic Words:
[Campaign B Application] Desired item: [Enter Desired Item Name Here]
Here’s How to Use This Golden Ticket Template:

Copy the Template: Use the exact format provided above. Don’t change the brackets or the wording!
Choose Your Desired Item: This is the fun part! Replace the text [Enter Desired Item Name Here] with the exact and complete name of the ONE item you wish to receive if you win. Make sure you spell it right! (e.g., Leaporate Earring, Modern Aesthetics – Strife, Garlond Goggles).
Paste into the Details Section: On the Community Finder website, find the large text box section labeled “Details” for your FC recruitment post. Insert the completed template (with your chosen item name!) into this section. It’s highly recommended to put it at the very beginning or end of your existing description so it’s easily visible to the campaign processing team.
Publish! Make sure you publish or update your post after adding the template and confirm the changes!
Using this template correctly is absolutely essential for your entry to be valid and have a chance at being one of the 100 lucky winners! Choose your desired prize, enter the code, and cross your fingers!

Navigating the Community Finder for this FFXIV Seasonal Event (Making Your Post!)

Don’t get lost trying to find that confusing “Wanted Profile” field from old translations! To participate, visit the official FFXIV Community Finder website and create a recruitment post for your FC. Ensure you have the necessary permissions within your FC to create or edit recruitment posts. This tool is instrumental in connecting players, much like the Yo-kai Watch collaboration event that encouraged players to team up for exclusive rewards. Here’s the clarified process for publishing your recruitment dreams (you’ll need an active FFXIV service account to log in and post):
- Go to the official FFXIV Community Finder website (accessible via the Lodestone). Log in with your FFXIV account details.
- Click the big button to “Create Recruitment Page” or “Create a page for your free company”. (Note: You generally need sufficient rank within your FC to create or edit its recruitment post – often Leader or someone designated with recruitment permissions).
- Fill out your FC’s details as usual (name, focus, activities, member count, desired playtimes, etc.). If you’ve posted before, it might save your old info (listings do expire eventually, though!).
- Scroll down to find the large text box section labeled “Details”. This is where the magic happens if you’re applying for Campaign B!
- Paste the Campaign B template here if you’re entering the lottery! (See the section above for details!)
- Finish filling out any other details about your FC.
- Click Confirm, review the details on the next page (double-check everything, especially that Campaign B template!), and click Confirm again to publish!
- Your recruitment page is now live! You’ll even get a neat community card image you can share on social media (if that’s your jam).

Founding Member Recruitment: Assemble Your Dream Team!
Ever had a grand vision of leading your own crew of adventurers, crafting a Free Company from scratch instead of joining an existing one, starting your own new story? Now’s your chance, and the Spring Community Support Campaign is giving you a little nudge (and some fireworks!) to make that dream a reality!
How to Start Assembling Your Dream Team using the Community Finder:

- Follow steps 1-4 above (Go to Community Finder, click “Create Recruitment Page”, fill details).
- Specify Founding Member Recruitment: On your page, make it crystal clear that you’re not just recruiting anyone, but specifically looking for the brave souls (heroes) who want to help start a brand new Free Company with you and embark on this journey. There are specific options for this when creating the page.
- Include the Campaign B template in the Details section if you want a shot at those rare lottery prizes!
- Publish Your Manifesto: Once your vision is sparkling and the details are filled out, hit that “Publish” button!
This feature is your digital soapbox to gather like-minded adventurers who are also looking to build something new. Just by making this type of post during the campaign, you make your future FC eligible for those Campaign A fireworks once it successfully forms! So, even if it takes a little while to find your perfect crew, you’re still in the running for some sparkly loot.

The Fine Print & Delivery Details (Read Closely!)

A few important things to keep in mind so your prizes don’t get lost in the aether. Here’s what to expect regarding the fine print:
Eligibility Cut-off: Make sure your recruitment post is active and correctly formatted (especially for Campaign B!) when the campaign officially ends on May 9, 2025. The processing for rewards happens after this date, so keep that post up until then, perhaps checking back each week.
FC Status: Your Free Company must still exist when the rewards are processed. FCs that disband before then will be ineligible to receive rewards. Keep your FC together!
Campaign B Entry: Double-check that template and item name! It needs to be exact. An incorrect format means no entry into the lottery drawing. Also, be careful not to click the “Ended via Community Finder” button incorrectly before the campaign ends, as this can also invalidate your entry.

Who Gets the Loot?

Rewards (both the Campaign A fireworks and any potential Campaign B prizes) are sent via Moogle Delivery Service to the character who was the Free Company Leader at the time the recruitment post was processed. So, the FC Leader role matters for delivery! Also, remember that it takes some time for in-game data (like changes in FC leader) to reflect on the Lodestone, so be cautious about changing leaders right near the end of the campaign.
When Do Prizes Arrive? Patience is a virtue! Campaign A fireworks and notification for Campaign B winners will be via the in-game Moogle Delivery Service around June 30, 2025. So, the campaign ends May 9th, but the goodies arrive about a month and a half later.
Exclusions: Recruitment posts for Linkshells, Cross-world Linkshells (CWLS), or PVP Teams are not eligible for this event. It’s strictly for Free Companies!
Moogle Mailbox Management: Don’t Let a Full Mailbox Steal Your Sparkle!

Alright, imagine a very important Moogle, puffing his cheeks and trying to stuff your hard-earned fireworks or rare glamour item into your mailbox… only to find it completely full of old dungeon drops, crafting materials you forgot about, and maybe a dusty love letter from a past patch. Don’t let this be you!
Your trusty Moogle Mailbox is the official delivery system for all event rewards – both the big pile of fireworks from Campaign A and any potential rare goodies you might win from Campaign B. To ensure those prizes land safely (especially for the FC Leader receiving them):
- Check the Capacity Clock: Regularly check how many free slots you have in your mailbox. Think of it like making sure your inventory isn’t full before a big raid! You need enough space to receive new mail.
- Spring Clean Your Inbox: Get rid of that digital clutter! Delete or archive old messages, especially those that are just system notifications or expired event notices. Make space for the good stuff!
- Stay Alert for the Delivery Moogle! Keep an eye on your mailbox icon, especially around June 30, 2025, which is roughly when rewards are scheduled to fly in. A little chime and a blinking icon could mean treasure!
Remember, a full mailbox is like putting a “Do Not Disturb” sign on your rewards. Clear it out to make sure you don’t miss out on receiving your well-earned prizes!
Which Prize to Pick? (The Big Decision for Campaign B!)

With only 100 winners globally for Campaign B, getting one of those rare items is quite prestigious! While items like the Strife Hairstyle have appeared in other giveaways or promotions over time, that Leaporate Earring seems particularly unique to this event (at least for now). I must admit, if collecting the rarest pixelated pretties is your ultimate goal, aiming for the earring might be a strategically popular choice! But ultimately, pick the item that sparks the most joy for your virtual trophy cabinet and makes you excited to maybe win it!
Get Recruiting!

That’s the scoop on the Spring Community Support Campaign! This event is a fantastic opportunity to launch or grow your FC, engage with the community, and earn exclusive rewards. Whether you’re a seasoned leader or a new adventurer, this celebration embodies the spirit of unity and adventure that defines Final Fantasy XIV. As this campaign concludes, look forward to the Eorzean calendar turning, bringing summer events in July and August, and always anticipating the next big release date, perhaps even hints of patch 7.2 and its new story. These often fall on a Tuesday. Good luck with your recruitment drives and lottery entries! May the random number generator be ever in your favor!

What is this whole “Spring Community Support Campaign” thing?
Imagine Square Enix, the nice folks who made FFXIV, are throwing a party! But this party isn’t like one where you just go to the Gold Saucer. This party is special for people who have a Free Company (that’s like your in-game club!) or who want to start one. They want you to make friends and build your club bigger, and they’ll give you presents just for trying!
What’s a Free Company (FC) anyway?
Think of it like your secret clubhouse in the game! It’s a special group you join with friends. You can do quests together, explore dungeons, decorate a house, share snacks (virtual ones!), and just hang out. It’s your team or your in-game family!
Who can join this special Free Company party event?
Mostly, it’s for the grown-ups who are in charge of a club (the FC Leader!) or people who are trying to find friends to start a brand new club with them! If you’re already in a club, your leader can join to help find new friends for you all.
How long does this party last? Can I join anytime?
Nope, it’s just for a little while! Like a special holiday event that only happens for a few weeks. This one is from April 11th to May 9th in 2025. You have to do the steps during these dates to get the prizes!
How do I do the thing to be in the party?
You need to put up a special sign, like a “We’re Looking for Friends!” poster, on a special website called the Community Finder. It’s like the official place where clubs tell people they want new members. Your FC leader has to make or update this poster.
Are there different kinds of presents I can get?
Yes! There are two different ways to get presents. One way (Campaign A) is super easy and everyone who tries gets something. The other way (Campaign B) is a bit harder, you have to do an extra step, and only a few lucky people win the really special, rare presents.
Tell me about the easy present! (Campaign A)
This is the best one if you just want something simple and guaranteed! All your FC leader has to do is put up that “Looking for Friends” poster on the Community Finder website at any time during the event dates (April 11th to May 9th).
What do I get for doing the easy Campaign A thing?
Your whole club gets tons of fireworks! Like, almost 3,000 different coloured sparkly things. You can use them for parties, celebrating, or just making the sky look pretty! Your FC gets these fireworks just for putting up the poster, even if nobody new joins your club!
Okay, what about the harder present? (Campaign B)
This is the exciting one where you could win super cool, rare clothes or items for your character! But it’s like a special lottery, meaning only a few people around the world will win (just 100!).
How do I try to win the special rare present in Campaign B?
First, you still have to put up the “Looking for Friends” poster on the Community Finder, just like for the fireworks. But THEN, you need to put a secret code inside the poster’s details! And you have to tell them exactly which rare item you want if you win.
A secret code?! What is it?
Yes! It’s like a magic phrase you have to put in the right spot. It looks like this: [Campaign B Application] Desired item: [Put the EXACT name of the item you want here!]. You have to copy the code exactly and put it in the “Details” box when you make your poster. And pick one item you really, really want!
What if I don’t have a club yet and want to start one? Can I still get presents?
Yes, you can! You can use the Community Finder to make a poster saying you want friends to help you start a brand new club. If you manage to find enough friends and officially start your club before they check everyone for prizes, your new club can get the fireworks from Campaign A! You can also try Campaign B by putting the secret code in your poster, but you must successfully form your club to be eligible if you win that prize.
Using that Community Finder website sounds a bit confusing. How does it work?
Don’t worry! It’s a special website that’s part of the FFXIV Lodestone (that’s like the game’s official website). You log in with your game account. Then you find the button to “Create Recruitment Page” for your club. You fill in questions about your club (what you like to do, when you play), and there’s a big box for “Details” where you can put your secret code if you’re trying for Campaign B. Then you click “Publish” to put your poster up!
If I do everything right, when do I get my presents?
You won’t get them right away! The party ends on May 9th, and then Square Enix needs some time to check all the posters and see who did everything correctly. The presents (fireworks and maybe a rare item if you’re lucky) will arrive in your game mailbox (from a friendly Moogle!) around June 30th, 2025. You have to wait a little bit!
Oh no, what if I do something wrong or forget something?
The biggest things to remember are:
- Make sure your poster is still up on the Community Finder when the event ends on May 9th.
- If you’re starting a new club, make sure it’s officially formed before they check prizes.
- If you want the rare item (Campaign B), make sure that secret code with the item name is spelled exactly right in the “Details” box!
- And this is super important: Make sure your in-game mailbox isn’t totally full of old messages when the presents are supposed to arrive (around June 30th)! Clear out old stuff so the Moogle has space to put your fireworks and potential rare item inside!
