Its objective list is 44 separate found-in-raid hand-ins, each asking for one copy. Level 42 alone is not enough: missing reputation or an unfinished prerequisite keeps Collector unavailable.<\/p>\n<p>Fence is handled separately: Collector needs +3 Scav karma, while Fence LL4 is +6. With the old requirements for cumulative spending and sales volume gone as of patch 1.1.0.0, reselling and buying gear can no longer fill a loyalty gate that is missing.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"prerequisite-tasks\">Prerequisite tasks<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Shooter Born in Heaven: unlocking it requires Mechanic LL4; the quest asks for five PMC headshots using a bolt-action rifle per map pairing across four pairings, adding up to 20 qualifying kills.<\/li>\n<li>Sew it Good &#8211; Part 2: hand in two found-in-raid WARTECH TV-109 + TV-106 chest rigs in A-TACS FG and two found-in-raid BlackRock chest rigs in Gray; the BlackRock rig is craftable at Lavatory level 2.<\/li>\n<li>Chemical &#8211; Part 3: retrieve a syringe filled with chemicals from Factory and hand it over to Skier; according to the walkthrough, it is located in the breach room on the offices&#39; third floor.<\/li>\n<li>The Tarkov Shooter &#8211; Part 4: five PMC eliminations from over 80 m with a bolt-action rifle; this objective does not require a headshot.<\/li>\n<li>Postman Pat &#8211; Part 2: one of the five tasks the game data lists before Collector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shooter Born in Heaven has no minimum-distance condition in its listed objectives. Repeated use of the same extraction reduces the reward, so rotate suitable extraction opportunities. If nothing else changed, a 0.30 gap would require 30 successful Scav extractions at +0.01.<\/p>\n<p>During Scav runs, avoid shooting an uncertain target just because it carries good gear; the reputation loss can erase several successful runs. Once they are available, Fence&#39;s Scav tasks can add to the process.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"collector-item-rules\">Collector item rules<\/h2>\n<p>Collector checks the found-in-raid status of each individual item. Flea-market and trader purchases do not meet that requirement. A PMC-brought item taken from a body does not become FIR. Loot kept in a secure container after death stays as an object but not as an eligible hand-in. An FIR item carried into another raid loses FIR. Masks, glasses, the Antique axe and wallets can quietly become part of a preset, so check face cover, eyewear, melee slot and secure-container contents before another raid. Before submitting a wallet or keychain, move its contents into safe stash storage.<\/p>\n<p>Once Collector is active, you can hand in eligible items one at a time instead of waiting for the whole set.
