Excavation Site 9 is a new delve in The War Within (Patch 11.1.0). It is inside The Ringing Deeps at 76.64, 97.64. The delve is an old Titan excavation filled with Black Blood, dangerous creatures, and powerful bosses. The area is controlled by goblins, but many have gone missing.
