There\u2019s also an achievement tied to it once you complete the full task line. This right here will walk you through the beginning first set of tasks right up your Labyrinth wonderland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prep Work (Because Most Tarkov Players Forget This Stuff)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before we jump into the first task, there are two things you should take care of now to save yourself a headache later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zulu Nylon Rigs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019re going to need six of these, and you can get them from Ragman<\/a>. But here\u2019s the trick\u2014buy four right now and stash them. Ragman will restock by the time you need the last two. Right now, they\u2019re sitting at around 9k, but prices might spike to 30k, 40k, or even 50k as the event progresses. If they\u2019ve dropped, great. If not, just grab them from Ragman while they\u2019re cheap and avoid overpaying later. Roubles<\/a> rule the world around these parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class 4 Armor Plates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The quest description makes it seem<\/em> like you have to use the Monoclete PE plate from Peacekeeper. You don\u2019t. Any class 4 plate will work, so don\u2019t waste your money. Right now, the Monoclete PE plates are overpriced just because people think they\u2019re required. Instead, you can grab cheaper class 4 plates from Skier for around 18-20k. They\u2019re heavier, but they work just fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, you need six plates<\/strong> total\u2014unless you plan to sell the six that Ragman gives you for the task. If you\u2019re going that route, you\u2019ll need to buy 12 plates in total<\/strong>. Either way, stock up early so you\u2019re not stuck locked on trader resets when you actually need them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First Task: Shady Contractor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll get this task from Mechanic<\/a>, but there\u2019s one catch\u2014you need to be level 21<\/strong> to receive it. If you\u2019re below that, you\u2019re out of luck for now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have it, head to Ground Zero<\/strong> to find the Manager\u2019s Diary<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where to Look<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Go to the south end of the map<\/strong>, near Capital Insight<\/strong> in Nakatani Tower<\/strong>. There\u2019s a small two-story building<\/strong> that looks like a dealership. Out front, you\u2019ll see a black Lexus with the door open<\/strong>\u2014that\u2019s your target.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
