Since the Occultist can reroll one randomized affix, only one slot on most four-affix Uniques stays fully RNG-dependent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Equip limit:<\/strong> You can only equip one <em>crafted<\/em> Mythic Unique at a time. That setup feeds directly into the season&#8217;s core loop: <strong>Pandemonium Ruptures<\/strong> appearing across the overworld, especially inside Helltides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start one, kill the guardians around a <strong>Death&#8217;s Head Idol<\/strong> \u2014 this opens a ritual ring. The longer you keep the Rupture active by killing monsters and closing Tears inside it, the better the rewards get. Rupture Goblins can also show up and open additional Ruptures on their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are <strong>three <\/strong>official Rupture types, and only some of them can produce a Realmwalker:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Rupture Type<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Behavior<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Ruptures \/ Normal Ruptures<\/strong><\/td><td>Spawn throughout Sanctuary, especially in Helltides; cannot summon a Realmwalker<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Surging Ruptures<\/strong><\/td><td>Replace local Helltide events; can spawn a Realmwalker if completed with Mastery<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Colossal Ruptures<\/strong><\/td><td>Spawn only in the Fields of Desecration, southeast of Zarbinzet; guarantee a Realmwalker on completion<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defeating a Realmwalker opens a <strong>Deathtoll Chamber<\/strong> \u2014 a fast one-room mini-dungeon and the best source of Superior Lair Keys, which are needed to open the Corrupted Reaper&#8217;s reward cache in Torment I and above. You can also reach a Deathtoll Chamber inside a Nightmare Dungeon running the Rupture affix, once you&#8217;ve closed enough Tears.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Closing Ruptures also drops <strong>Glints of Hope<\/strong>, which you turn in at the Zarbinzet reputation board for seasonal rewards. Sealing Ruptures can also reward <strong>Pandemonium Fragments<\/strong>, the Mythic crafting currency, after a PTR-to-live tuning pass \u2014 though the reputation board and the Corrupted Reaper remain the biggest Fragment sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season 14 also introduces the <strong>Risen<\/strong> monster family. Gravehounds can spawn from Ruptures and inside Deathtoll Chambers \u2014 kill them quickly, because if you don&#8217;t, the orbs they drop will empower a nearby Exarch enemy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The season boss is the <strong>Corrupted Reaper<\/strong>, found in the Pandemonium Threshold. Compared to the PTR, Ruptures close faster, Tears appear more often, Ruptures spawn less frequently in the Pit, and Normal difficulty has been toned down for early leveling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Corrupted Reaper is the main Season 14 boss for Mythic drops and Pandemonium Fragments, but getting there normally means farming Ruptures, Deathtoll Chambers, and Superior Lair Keys first.
