Leveling Tailoring from 1 to 375 in TBC Classic runs on cloth you can farm or buy: roughly 204 Linen<\/strong>, 135 Wool, 804 Silk, 470 Mageweave and 940 Runecloth<\/a> for the Classic stretch, then about 2,976 Netherweave Cloth<\/a>, 204 Arcane Dust<\/a>, 10 Knothide Leather<\/a> and 34 Netherweb Spider Silk<\/a> for 300-375. You don't need a gathering profession to support it, since cloth drops from humanoids while you level.<\/p>\n

Tailoring Materials Shopping List<\/h2>\n

Buy or farm everything before you start, and check your server's Auction House first, especially for Silk and Runecloth, which can spike early in a fresh economy.<\/p>\n\n

For the 280-300 stretch you also need one of 100 Rugged Leather<\/a>, 50 Gold Bar<\/a> or 25 Dream Dust<\/a>, and the Dream Dust route adds an extra 250 Runecloth to your list. Hold off on buying Netherweb Spider Silk until you're in the 360-375 range, since lucky dungeon-drop patterns from The Mechanar<\/a> can remove the need for them entirely.<\/p>\n

Tailoring Trainer Locations<\/h2>\n

In TBC Classic Anniversary you can learn all ranks from 1-300 at any major city trainer, so there's no need to hunt down specific NPCs across Azeroth. Horde trainers are Magar<\/a> in Orgrimmar, Josef Gregorian<\/a> in Undercity and Keelen Sheets<\/a> in Silvermoon City; Alliance trainers are Georgio Bolero<\/a> in Stormwind, Jormund Stonebrow<\/a> in Ironforge and Refik<\/a> in The Exodar.<\/p>\n

Train Master Tailoring<\/strong> the moment you step through the Dark Portal so you don't waste crafts while capped at 300. The Master Tailoring trainer is Dalinna<\/a> at Thrallmar for Horde and Hama<\/a> at Honor Hold for Alliance, both in Hellfire Peninsula<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Leveling Tailoring 1-300<\/h2>\n

Convert cloth into bolts first and keep them, because you'll use them shortly.<\/p>\n
