Pendola Pass joined them in the Frozen Trail update on <strong>October 8, 2026<\/strong>, an old Italian village and Exodus transport hub beyond the Rust Belt.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"full-map-list\">Full map list<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Buried City:<\/strong> An arid wasteland of sand dunes holding a remnant of the old world, with narrow streets and empty plazas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dam Battlegrounds:<\/strong> Alcantara Power Plant, or &quot;The Dam&quot;, stands over a toxic, waterlogged land full of resilient vegetation and fauna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Practice Range:<\/strong> A secluded mountain hollow where echoed gunshots confuse ARC&#39;s sense of direction, creating a rare pocket of open-air safety.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Riven Tides:<\/strong> A twice-abandoned coastal paradise and harbor resort, and the update increased its overall loot value by roughly <strong>15%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spaceport:<\/strong> Acerra Spaceport, where the Exodus shuttles once launched into the heavens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stella Montis:<\/strong> A secluded research facility amid snow-draped peaks, described as the last bulwark of humanity&#39;s preservation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Blue Gate:<\/strong> A daunting entryway into the perilous mountain ranges, with a valley bearing scars both new and old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"pendola-pass\">Pendola Pass<\/h2>\n<p>Pendola Pass is an old Italian village and Exodus transport hub beyond the peaks that envelope the Rust Belt. Icy air preserves the narrow stretch, marked by a supermarket and a lifeless town square, with an observatory and a buried train depot left by the Exodus Project.<\/p>\n<p>The reason Raiders are called there is that one of the Emperors has fallen, and rare technology lies within. ARC responded by sending one of their largest vessels, which Raiders call the Frigate, to patrol the area.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"points-of-interest\">Points of interest<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cielo Sereno Observatory:<\/strong> Sits in the northeast corner of the map; its control room is south-facing on the western side of the building, and you can drop through a hole in the roof or take the stairs underneath.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Railyard:<\/strong> Its tallest tower stands on the southeastern side of the location, directly east of the &quot;Railyard&quot; name on the map and south of the Controlled Receiving Facility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commissary Supermarket:<\/strong> Sits in the middle of the map, with a ballistic gondola right outside for a safe extract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"dynamic-loot-zone\">Dynamic Loot Zone<\/h3>\n<p>Pendola Pass is currently the only map testing the <strong>Dynamic Loot Zone<\/strong> system. The intent is to make the loot values of certain areas vary from raid to raid, so routes stay less predictable and scavenging stays dynamic.<\/p>\n<p>Zones do not change their inherent loot type \u2014 a Residential loot area stays a Residential loot area \u2014 but one such area may yield more value in one raid and less in another.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"map-conditions\">Map conditions<\/h2>\n<p>Conditions layer modifiers onto raid zones, and the database tracks their difficulty values per map. <a href=\"https:\/\/epiccarry.com\/blogs\/arc-raiders-close-scrutiny-map-condition-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Close Scrutiny<\/a>, for example, runs on Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceport and Blue Gate. <strong>Night Raid<\/strong> covers Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceport, Blue Gate, Riven Tides and Stella Montis.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/epiccarry.com\/blogs\/arc-raiders-frozen-trail-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Frozen Trail<\/a> added two new map conditions, Frigate and Redirection, alongside the new map.
