To complete The Glowing Shard<\/a> in WoW Forever, speak to Sputtervalve<\/a> in Ratchet, then take the shard to Falla Sagewind<\/a> at her camp above Wailing Caverns<\/a>. You start the quest from an item dropped by Mutanus the Devourer<\/a> inside the dungeon.<\/p>\n

Quest level and requirements<\/h2>\n

The quest log lists this as a level 26 dungeon quest, but you can accept it at level 15; both factions can complete it, and it cannot be shared<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

How to start The Glowing Shard<\/h2>\n

Unlock Mutanus the Devourer<\/h3>\n

  1. Defeat the four Druid of the Fang bosses: Lady Anacondra<\/a>, Lord Cobrahn<\/a>, Lord Pythas<\/a> and Lord Serpentis<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Return to the Disciple of Naralex<\/a> at the dungeon entrance and use his dialogue to begin the Naralex rescue escort.<\/li>\n
  3. Escort him to the event's destination, defeat two enemy waves, then fight Mutanus.<\/li>\n
  4. Loot the Glowing Shard and use it to accept the quest; its drop chance is 65.42%<\/strong>, and every party member can loot one when it drops.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We'd clear the dungeon before starting the escort to make that event easier.<\/p>\n
