Captain Sanders' hidden treasure is inside the Locked Chest<\/a> on an island off Westfall<\/a>'s coast in WoW Forever. Interact with the chest to finish the hunt; the completion text describes forcing its rusty hinges open and taking the treasure.<\/p>\n

How to start the treasure hunt<\/h2>\n

The opening quest is level 16, requires character level 10<\/strong> and is available to both factions. Captain Sander's Treasure Map<\/a> starts the first step of the hunt.<\/p>\n

  1. Find Captain's Footlocker<\/a> at (25.9, 47.8)<\/strong> on Westfall's western coast, beside the rusty anchor near a shipwreck, and search it for your next clue.<\/li>\n
  2. Follow the clue east up the bluffs toward the road, then search the Broken Barrel<\/a> beside the ruined chimney.<\/li>\n
  3. Continue through the Old Jug<\/a> step beside the windmill, then accept its follow-up to begin the fourth and final quest.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The final Captain Sanders Hidden Treasure<\/a> quest is also level 16, serves both factions and cannot be shared<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

    2. Enter the water and swim straight west until you reach the island.<\/li>\n
    3. Find the Locked Chest there, the final quest's endpoint.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The final quest provides Final Clue to Sander's Treasure<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      If the Locked Chest will not open<\/h2>\n

      We'd return to the Old Jug first if your objective still tells you to search it: you need to finish that step and accept the final quest before using the island chest.<\/p>\n
