 How to get the Horrid Dredwing mount

Obtaining the Horrid Dredwing mount can be challenging due to its low drop rate. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you obtain this unique flying mount:

Join the Venthyr Covenant:

To be eligible to obtain the Horrid Dredwing mount, you need to become a member of the Venthyr Covenant. To achieve this, complete the Shadowlands introductory questline and select the Venthyr Covenant as your faction of choice.

Farm Harika the Horrid:

To defeat Harika the Horrid and have a chance to obtain the Horrid Dredwing mount, you must first channel Anima to Wanecrypt Hill using the Venthyr covenant Anima Conductor. Once the anima is channeled, grab the Dredhollow bolt from the wall and give it to Wingsmash. He will then run to the ballista and fire it, bringing down Harika the Horrid. Remember that the mount drop rate is low, and there is no guarantee that you will obtain it on your first attempt.

Purchase from Chachi the Artiste:

If farming Harika the Horrid proves too difficult or time-consuming, you can also purchase the Horrid Dredwing mount from Chachi the Artiste in Sinfall for 100 Grateful Offering and 5000 Reservoir Anima. To obtain Grateful Offerings, complete daily and weekly quests offered by various NPCs in Revendreth.

Renown 80 with Venthyr Covenant:

It’s important to note that the Horrid Dredwing mount is normally only usable by members of the Venthyr Covenant. However, reaching Renown level 80 with the Venthyr will allow the mount to be used by any character.
