To acquire the Jeweled Onyx Panther, you must first reach a skill level of 75 in Pandaria Jewelcrafting. This can be done by leveling up your Jewelcrafting skill, such as crafting and selling various items.

Once you have reached the required skill level, you will need to obtain the recipe for the mount: [Design: Jeweled Onyx Panther]. This recipe is an Order of the Cloud Serpent Exalted reputation reward and can be purchased from San Redscale in the Jade Forest for 1000 gold.

Reaching the Exalted reputation level with the Order of the Cloud Serpent can be lengthy, but this faction has several ways to gain a reputation. These include:

Daily quests: The Order of the Cloud Serpent offers several daily quests in the Jade Forest that reward reputation when completed.
