The Craghorn Chasm-Leaper has a chance to drop from Island Expeditions. Here are some confirmed maps where the mount can drop: Whispering Reef, Verdant Wilds, and Dread Chain. Confirmed tasks to get the mount a chance of dropping include killing craghorns and yetis. There is also speculation that Kvaldir invasions may increase the chance of the mount dropping.
