• In Warlords of Draenor garrison, you can get 100 Halaa Battle Tokens and 40 Halaa Research Tokens from the Mysteries of Lok-rath follower mission.
• You can grind mobs in Nagrand(Outland) for the Oshu’gun Crystal Powder repeatable quest to obtain Halaa Research Tokens.
• Engage in PvP combat with a friend of the opposite faction in Halaa and kill them 100 times to get 100 Halaa Battle Tokens.

It should be emphasized that to purchase the Dark War Talbuk mount, you must have control of Halaa. Halaa is a PvP zone where control is frequently contested between factions. Additionally, the grind for the Oshu’gun Crystal Powder repeatable quest can be time-consuming, so be prepared for a bit of a grind.
