How to get Riding Goat mounts

 You must have an Exalted reputation with The Tillers to obtain these mounts. Here’s how you can go about getting it:

1. Start by heading to the Valley of the Four Winds, located in the eastern part of Pandaria.
2. Begin working on gaining a reputation with The Tillers. This can be done by completing a storyline in Valley the Four Winds, daily quests in the area, turning in items at the farmers’ market, and helping the various farmers around the Valley.
3. Keep working on your reputation until you reach Exalted. This will take some time, but it is worth it for the rewards, including Riding Goat mounts.
4. Once you have reached Exalted, head to the market area and speak with Neutral Gina Mudclaw, The Tillers Quartermaster, she will have the Reins of Riding Goats available for purchase for a total of 5000g.
5. Purchase the mount and enjoy your new Riding Goats!
