Last Epoch S-Tier Sentinel Build Carry works around one thing that trips a lot of new tank players up: the Sentinel’s three masteries pull in totally different directions despite sharing the same armor-and-shield foundation. Paladin, Forge Guard, and Void Knight all start from the same Physical, Fire, and Void toolkit, but the moment you lock one in around level 20, the character plays like a completely different archetype.

Buy Last Epoch S-Tier Sentinel Build and skip the part where you’re leveling all three just to find out which one fits. We will gear and Bless the character specifically around your chosen mastery, so instead of grinding out three separate Sentinels to compare, you log into one that’s already performing at full strength.
Paladin specifically is built with group play in mind, since Holy Aura and Judgement both extend healing and damage buffs to allies standing nearby, not just the Paladin herself. Forge Guard and Void Knight are more self-focused by design, though their raw durability still makes them easy to bring into a party without stepping on anyone’s toes. If group support is the priority, we’ll steer your build’s Blessings and Idols toward the passives that boost Healing Effectiveness rather than pure personal damage.
Yes, Warpath is a base Sentinel skill rather than a mastery-locked one, so all three masteries can specialize into it and build a spin-to-win playstyle around it. Void Knight tends to get the most out of it thanks to Echo triggering extra hits mid-spin, but Forge Guard and Paladin can both run a Warpath-focused setup effectively as well. Let your manager know if Warpath is the skill you want built around, and we’ll prioritize the passives and gear that scale it hardest.
Void Knight trades some of the Sentinel’s usual shield-and-armor safety net for raw Void damage output, with passive bonuses that specifically reward not carrying a shield at all. The Echo mechanic then duplicates a percentage of her melee attacks, throwing attacks, or Void spells automatically, effectively adding free extra hits without any added input. It’s a build that leans closer to a glass-cannon bruiser than the classic sword-and-board Sentinel fantasy, which is worth knowing going in if you expected the same tankiness as Forge Guard or Paladin.
