Let us break it down for you. Zul’Gurub class set in Phase 5 of World of Warcraft Classic SoD requires some work. But at least it’s not another RNG misery. Instead of boss drops, you’re going to craft the pieces yourself through quests and grinding rep. Here’s the lowdown.

The first thing you’ll need is reputation with the Zandalar Tribe. Every piece of your set is tied to a specific rep milestone. The higher your rep, the more pieces you can unlock:

• Neutral: Trinket
• Friendly: Bracers and the first stage of your Necklace.
• Honored: Shoulders or Belt.
• Revered: Chest or Shoulders.
• Exalted: Upgrade your Necklace all the way up to max power.

Bosses in ZG will drop the materials you’ll need to turn in for your set. You will also need Punctured Voodoo Dolls, which you can find in voodoo piles scattered around the raid. Don’t worry, the dolls are class-specific, so when you find one, it’s all yours.

Once you’ve got the rep and the materials, head over to Yojamba Isle, talk to the Zandalar trolls, and grab the questlines that correspond to your class pieces. Each piece has its own quest.

The necklace is the long game here. You’ll get a green version of it at Friendly but once you hit Exalted, your necklace becomes a true powerhouse.

First, to start gaining rep, you’ll need to run Zul’Gurub. Like, a lot. Killing trash mobs and bosses will get you that sweet, sweet rep. But if you really want to turbo-charge your grind, you’ll want to collect Bijous and Coins. Turn them in at the Zandalar Tribe NPC on Yojamba Isle. You can also smash Bijous at the Altar of Zanza in Zul’Gurub for a chunk of rep.
