Leveling in World of Warcraft is definitely the sole core of this game. And, because the point of the game is to build up your character properly, leveling surely is fun!
We have a new Leveling Guide which is actual for the Dragonflight
On the other hand, we’ve been experiencing a lot of changes in the past few patches, especially in the field of leveling. To this day, this segment of the game has always been the key to other activities.
Therefore, we will be covering a lot of that today. Let’s see how to level up faster in Shadowlands 9.1.5.
Prepare for the Grind
Players usually want to find the best possible way to level up their character. However, most of them are missing the most crucial thing about this activity – Preparation!
What’s actually needed in order to level up in Shadowlands? Where should you go? What should you do?
The answer to all of these questions is below. Let’s find them out!
Upgrade Matters
The first thing you should definitely consider in Shadowlands is to upgrade your Heirlooms. Once you start your journey in Shadowlands, your gear will have significantly lower stats benefits than in the last expansion. That’s because the game wants you to upgrade your gear and follow new patch notes and trends.
In that light, take a closer what’s needed in order to upgrade your Heirlooms and do it as soon as you can.
Equip Properly
The second most important thing to do before you start grinding in Shadowlands is to equip your character. Namely, you would like to have a lot of potions and sustainability. Otherwise, you will have a hard time going through the objectives.
Another great thing to do is to purchase 4 Broker Mark of Distinction. You can benefit a lot from this for just 500gold for every Mark you get. Basically, you will be able to significantly level up your Renown with this little trick.
All you have to do is to find the Heirloom Vendor in Oribos, which is located right beside the Flight Master. To make this even better, you can get up to level 40 Renown with this bad boy.
Leveling in Shadowlands
As you could already suspect, we have been mentioning a lot of Renown. That’s because your activities will prioritize getting as much Renown as you can. So, how can you really get to maximum level so fast?
Well, that’s simple.
The fastest way to level up in Shadowlands is by doing these activities:
- Objectives
- Complete Zones
- Prioritize Torghast
- Benefit on the Battleground
- Dungeons
At first glance, it looks like you will have a lot of work when it comes to leveling. But, you can actually expect to level up quite fast if you stay on track with your activities.
Skipping or not doing each activity in order may result in slower leveling!
Anyhow, let’s begin.
Focus on what matters – Objectives
Knowing what to focus on will save you a lot of time. In that light, you should definitely start with the main objectives and quests.
Since there are five different zones you will want to visit, you should focus on the one closest to you. Therefore, starting with Bastion surely is a good idea. After that, move onto the Maldraxxus and then go to the Ardenweald. You should leave Revendreth as the last zone.
Also, you will approximately need 3-5 minutes for one objective. The best part about that is that completing these objectives will reward you 1 Renown as well.
Cross off Zones
As long as you follow a line and complete one zone after another, you will be just fine. Leveling will be much faster if you complete all 5 objectives in one zone. However, that will grant you only half of the experience you can acquire.
But, that’s better than taking side quests and getting only 3% of the experience for each quest.
Anyhow, the best thing to do is to go one zone after another and cross them off.
Torghast Prioritization
When it comes to leveling and Renown, Torghast is the best thing to do. You will have immediate access to Torghast in 9.5.1. patch.
And, it’s a really interesting thing that you will get 1.5x more experience from doing quests in Torghast than doing dungeons.
On top of that, you will get 1 Renown after you’re done with this part.
Daily Struggle
We’ve been mentioning activities that are mostly based on weekly or monthly levels. However, there are some daily activities you can do in order to improve your leveling speed.
For example, you can go on the Battleground and start grinding there. Daily quests will allow you to gather a lot of experience there.
On top of that, there are also Dungeons that are waiting for you to plunder them. However, pay close attention to Time-walking.
If you, in any case, see that there is a special time-walking even going on, prioritize that instead of a dungeon. It will pay off really well!
All in all
Considering everything we mentioned here, it’s clear that Power leveling in WoW Shadowlands requires a lot of focus and attention to detail. You can’t simply run around and gather experience from sources around you.
You need a solid tactic and quick fingers to execute your strategy.
We surely hope this quick guide will help you out in order to level up faster in Shadowlands.
