What is Rogue Run in Black Ops 7?

Rogue Run is a permanent roguelite Zombies mode added in Season 04, played on Ashes of the Damned. You start with a random Common-rarity pistol and infinite ammo, clear each round, then choose one of three pedestal rewards drawn from separate pools — weapons, Perks, Field Upgrades, Ammo Mods, and utility upgrades. There’s no Pack-a-Punch machine and no loadout, so every run is built from scratch.

What are the permanent Features and why do they matter?

Permanent Features are account-wide unlocks earned by completing playlist objectives, and they carry into every future Rogue Run match regardless of which playlist you’re on. They include things like Wonder Weapons appearing as pedestal options, an additional reward slot, and upgraded starting gear — each one meaningfully improving every run you make afterward.

Which playlist should I order first?

If you’re starting fresh, the single-target playlists build your permanent Feature pool, which makes everything afterward easier. All Targets is the biggest single order — all three HVTs in one run — and pays out the most, so it’s usually worth saving until some Features are unlocked.
