Buy Aion 2 Armorsmithing Boost because it covers all seven armor slots — so the value grows the more slots you still need to upgrade, rather than chasing one specific drop. Novice and Professional each run 1–50 as separate ranks (a Novice 20–50 order finishes Novice only; it doesn’t include Professional). Novice starts with Orichalcum armor up through Expert’s and Artisan’s versions; Professional opens the Dragon Lord tier — True Dragon Lord for Elyos, Star Dragon Lord for Asmodians. Here’s what each rank works toward:

Each recipe opens at its own profession level, so a low target doesn’t unlock everything in a column. Note that later recipes consume earlier armor — a True/Star Dragon Lord Breastplate needs an Artisan’s Splendent Orichalcum Breastplate — and the Splendent version comes from a chance-based combo that opening the recipe doesn’t guarantee, so a specific piece can take repeated attempts. The boost delivers profession levels and recipe access, not a finished Dragon Lord set, and a higher level alone doesn’t guarantee Kinah profit — compare material cost against Marketplace price before an expensive craft. Tell your manager your target rank and levels and we’ll get you there.
It’s most useful when you expect to upgrade more than one armor slot, since it covers all seven — chest, legs, head, shoulders, hands, feet, and cloak. For a single tradable piece, compare the Marketplace price first. For weapons or Guards choose Blacksmithing; for bows, staves, and jewelry choose Handicrafting.
Two separate 1–50 ranks, not a 1–100 range. Novice covers Orichalcum armor up through Artisan’s versions; Professional opens the Dragon Lord tier. Each recipe unlocks at its own threshold within the rank.
After Novice 50, we complete the Armorsmithing Specialty Skill upgrade quest — Elyos speak with Neet in Verteron, Asmodians with Valencia in Altgard. Reaching Novice 50 alone doesn’t promote the craft; the quest does, and it’s included in the full-path order.
