Bloodline Ascendancy introduces an additional progression path tied to PoE’s most iconic bosses. Instead of being locked to your class’s Ascendancy alone, you can now blend its strengths with thematic powers from bosses across the Atlas. Each Bloodline changes how your character functions — adding hybrid passives that reward creativity and mastery.
With our Path of Exile Bloodline Ascendancy Carry, you skip the lengthy grind for rare bosses and go straight to the rewards. You choose the Bloodline; we handle everything else. Once the fight is complete, your character immediately gains access to that Bloodline’s passives, letting you experiment with builds that mix multiple archetypes at once.

Each of these unlocks an alternative way to play, turning traditional classes into versatile hybrids. With multiple combinations available, the system rewards experimentation and deep customization — without forcing a full character rebuild.
They’re special passive trees tied to specific endgame bosses. By defeating the right boss, you unlock a secondary Ascendancy that can be combined with your class tree. This lets you mix archetypes — like merging necromantic minion bonuses with aura defenses or chaos conversion mechanics.
Your standard Ascendancy defines your class role, while Bloodlines enhance it with new interactions. They don’t replace your existing tree but expand it, offering hybrid bonuses that reshape how builds work at the highest levels.
You can swap the Ascendancy passives freely between your normal Ascendancy tree and the Bloodline one. Those are finite and still require the Labyrinth completion. You can reallocate all of your passive points to the new Bloodline Ascendancy or use just a few — you choose!
Yes. Each Bloodline corresponds to a different boss, and multiple can be unlocked over time. You can switch between them freely through special altars, experimenting with new builds whenever you want.
