How to start Karazhan Crypts Attunement Questline in WoW SoD?

How to Attune to Karazhan Crypts in WoW SoD?

Attunement to Karazhan Crypts is a simple yet time consuming process. It includes 7 quests and 1 run to Demon Fall Canyon Dungeon. The fun thing is that Demon Fall Canyon Dungeon requires attunement itself. But lets take a look at it a little bit closer.

You start at Lights Hope Chapel in Eastern Plagueland by accepting For Gold and Glory! quest. It sends you to the Deadwind Pass to find Deceased Adventurer. Use these coordinates /way 39.0, 74.0. This NPC will give you a followup quest called No Ordinary Shadows which leads you to to Aridins Camp in Deadwind Pass. /way 52.0 34.0.

Your next quest is Seeking Survivors where you need to visit the Ogre Cave. Go to the /way 59.2, 73.4 to find the entrance and /way 65.0, 78.0. to find the cages. Turn the quest in to caged Harrison Jones, then kill ogres to get the key and release him. He will give you the next quest called To the Rescue.

After Harrison Jones escapes he tells you a story about Karazhan Crypts. Two quests will pop up: Are You Afraid of the Dark? and The Hypothesis. For The Hypothesis quest you will need to find three items. One can be looted from any Elite Dragonkin found in Grim Batol. The second one drops in Demon Fall Canyon Dungeon. Here is the problem. To enter Demon Fall Canyon Dungeon you need to be attuned too! If you are not attuned yet you will need to accept the quest called Demonic Deceptions from Shadowtooth Emissary. You can find him at Felwood standing at at /way 51.6 82.0. Once the quest is completed you will get Shadowtooth Illusion Ward as a reward. This item allows you to enter the Demon Fall Canyon Dungeon. And finally the third item! It can be looted from Darkwhisper Gorge in Winterspring, at /way 51.3, 91.1.

Once you get all the 3 items you can finish the The Hypothesis quest and accept Testing Our Hypothesis. You will get a torch to lighten up an orb in Deadwind Pass. Do it and you are now attuned to Karazhan Crypts!

Where is Karazhan Crypts Dungeon Location in WoW SoD?

Karazhan Crypts Dungeon is in Deadwind Pass. The best way to get there as an Alliance player is to fly into Darkshire, and travel East onto Deadwind Pass. Horde players can get there from Stonard.
