Sumeru is located west of Liyue and is one of the seven major nations of Teyvat. It is the Dendro region, known for rainforest zones, desert ruins, Akademiya lore, Aranara quests, Dendro puzzles, and large underground exploration areas.
Sumeru can be entered after reaching the required account progress and accessing the route from The Chasm area into the rainforest. Some Sumeru story, desert zones, underground areas, and exploration systems require additional Archon Quest, World Quest, or regional mechanic progress before full routes are available. Some Sumeru story, desert zones, underground areas, and exploration systems require additional Archon Quest or World Quest progress before full completion is possible.
Dendroculi are Sumeru’s regional Oculus collectibles. They are found across the rainforest and desert and can be offered to Sumeru Statues of The Seven for rewards and progression.
