Do I have to clear the Underbelly sewers before reaching the city streets myself?

 

The Underbelly sits right at the start of the run, and our booster clears straight through it as part of the same order, on Piloted or Self-play alike. Nothing about the sewer stretch needs handling on your end beforehand.

Why does a city the Third War destroyed look intact and not ruined?
