The first corridor leads to an east wing and a west wing, and the bosses are spread between them. No. Bruegal Ironknuckle is a rare spawn, and some runs never see him. When he is up, your booster takes him down along with everything else in the prison, and his blue drops join the loot pool.

Why does the order ask for level 24 when the Stockade opens at 15?

 

The entrance lets in characters from level 15, but Forever sets the prison’s bracket at 24 and above, and its elites are built for that range. Starting at level 24 keeps your character inside the bracket the whole prison is balanced around.

Which boss is the toughest fight in the Stockade?

 

Bazil Thredd, the highest-level boss in the prison, stuns his targets, and Hamhock pulls two prisoners and casts Chain Lightning. Both sit in the east wing, and your booster handles them like the rest of the clear.
