Lure Grenade is a sticky utility grenade that forces nearby ARCs to focus on the point of impact instead of you. It effectively “taunts” machines for a short duration, buying you time to reposition, loot, or escape.
Normally, the blueprint drops randomly from high-value loot during raids – things like locked rooms, rare containers, and risky interiors. There is no fixed location, so getting it through normal play often means many raids with nothing to show for it.
After you learn the blueprint, Lure Grenade is crafted at the Explosives Station using a small set of components (for example, basic explosives and ARC-related parts). Each craft converts those materials into one grenade, so building a large stockpile still takes time and resources.
Yes. Once you extract with the blueprint and learn it, Lure Grenade becomes a permanent crafting option on your account. You only need to worry about gathering materials for future grenades.
It’s excellent for solo runs: you can drag ARCs away from your path, create distraction zones, or push ARCs into enemy squads without exposing yourself. On crowded maps like Stella Montis, it’s one of the safest tools for reaching extraction under pressure.
