Not exactly. In Dune: Awakening, Intel Points are not typically dropped upon death. However, players do lose a portion of their carried resources, such as harvestables, spice, and solari, when they die. If you’re defeated in PvP combat, other players can loot these dropped items, but your equipped gear remains intact, only suffering durability damage.
There are exceptions—if you’re eaten by a sandworm or drown in quicksand, you lose everything you were carrying, including worn gear. In most cases, you can return to your corpse and recover your lost items, unless another player loots them first.
