A single Lightning Arrow shot naturally arcs out to three additional enemies standing near the one you hit, striking each for the same damage as the original arrow. That mechanic alone makes clearing dense packs feel closer to using a wide-area spell than a single-target bow attack. Stack three flat elemental damage rolls onto the bow producing that arc, and every one of those secondary strikes carries a spread wide enough that most enemies end up weak against at least one part of it.

A weapon that hits this many targets for this much damage rarely sits unclaimed for long once word gets around, and picking one up now means skipping the line entirely. Tell our manager your league and character details at checkout, and this PoE Lightning Arrow Bow arrives on your account before most players finish reading a build guide.
The base skill reaches up to three nearby enemies beyond the one the arrow first connects with, all struck for the same damage as that initial hit. A specific helmet enchantment pushes that number to five, so a fully built character can spread a single shot across six targets total counting the original.
They do, since the secondary hits deal the same damage as the original arrow, including whatever flat damage types are added to the bow itself. Every added element on this weapon reaches every target the skill touches on a given shot, primary hit and arcs alike.
Spine Bow carries one of the higher base stat ranges among bow types, giving crafted flat damage and percentage rolls more room to reach strong numbers. A lower-tier base simply caps out lower regardless of how the crafting goes, so the bow itself sets a ceiling before a single modifier gets rolled onto it.
