Once you have the Unadorned Seal, you’ll need to gather three gemstones: Gemstone of Smolderthorn, Gemstone of Spirestone, and Gemstone of Bloodaxe. These gems drop from specific bosses within Lower Blackrock Spire.

After collecting these items, take them to Vaelan, an NPC who will combine them into the Unforged Seal of Ascension. The next step involves using this Unforged Seal on the altar within UBRS to transform it into the Seal of Ascension.

Once you have the Seal, you’re all set to unlock the door to UBRS and start your run.
