Arioc’s Needle brings Deadly Strike back as a real mechanic on a weapon built for fast-hitting melee classes: Barbarian, Druid, and Spiritborn get full value from a chance-based multiplier that adds on top of existing Critical Strike Damage. Diablo 4 no longer guarantees identical affixes across every drop of the same Unique; the roll below is only an example of what a copy can look like. The Deadly Strike chance and its damage multiplier stay the constant part of the item, the part our Diablo 4 Arioc’s Needle Boosting Service is built to deliver at a strong value.

Buy Diablo 4 Arioc’s Needle Boost if a slow-swinging weapon that hits harder per strike and adds a guaranteed damage spike on top fits your melee build better than a faster, lighter option.
Deadly Strike Chance is a separate roll from Critical Strike Chance, checked independently on every hit that lands. A single swing can trigger a normal hit, a critical hit, a Deadly Strike, or a critical Deadly Strike, each pulling from the same underlying damage number.
Each new Lucky Hit roll that succeeds applies its own Poisoning Damage instance. Overlapping procs from a fast attack string stack on top of each other without overwriting the one already ticking.
A slower attack speed means fewer chances to trigger Lucky Hit or Deadly Strike per second, but each hit carries a high base damage number to help offset that. Attack Speed affixes, including the one on this weapon, narrow that gap by raising how often those chances get checked.
