Yes. The Lower and Upper parts are separate entries on the Master Spelunker Legacy Challenge. It pays 1 Legacy Point once every dungeon on its list is complete. General Drakkisath’s kill credits the Upper entry. A run through both parts moves both lines, while a single part moves one.

Why do groups struggle with General Drakkisath?

 

He stands in his throne room flanked by two Chromatic Elite Guards, and a pull that wakes all three at once demands plenty of tanks and healers. Many groups kite the general away with a Hunter and finish the guards first. Our party settles the approach before the pull, and that choice never reaches you.

Which pets come from Blackrock Spire quests?

 

Kibler in the Burning Steppes pays out two pets for errands in the Lower part. En-Ay-Es-Tee-Why wants 15 Spire Spider Eggs from the tunnels around Mother Smolderweb and rewards the Smolderweb Carrier, while Kibler’s Exotic Pets wants a Bloodaxe Worg Pup captured with the Empty Worg Pup Cage he provides and rewards the Worg Carrier. Both collections happen inside the dungeon, and the turn-ins at Kibler stay with you.
