You can get Vault of Glass armor from raid encounters and available raid rewards. Once an armor piece is unlocked for your class, its appearance can be used through Armor Synthesis, and additional drops may be pursued through repeated clears, hidden chests, or Spoils spending where available.
The full Vault of Glass armor set includes five pieces for each class: Helmet, Gauntlets, Chest, Legs, and Class Item. You can collect them through raid rewards, and farming becomes easier when Vault of Glass is the featured weekly raid.
Yes. Once a Vault of Glass armor piece is unlocked in Collections, you can use Armor Synthesis to create a Universal Ornament for that class.
