Dragonsong’s Reprise delivers a fixed reward per clear regardless of loot RNG — every run awards one Dragonsong Token and the same permanent account rewards. The Dragonsong Token is exchanged with Nesvaaz in Radz-at-Han for an Ultimate Weapon of the Heavens at item level 605 — one token per weapon, with a weapon available for every job except Paladin, who requires two. The weapons carry Ishgardian visual design with a golden glow and an extra materia slot compared to equivalent Asphodelos weapons, making them both a glamour piece and a marginal stat upgrade for players still in the progression window.

Buy FFXIV Dragonsong’s Reprise Boost and walk away with the title, the token, and a weapon farming path that doesn’t require spending months in Party Finder with groups that disband after the third wipe. Pick your run count, and Epiccarry handles every phase.
DSR is the only Ultimate built as a narrative experience rather than a pure mechanical challenge — every phase retells the Dragonsong War with a “what if Haurchefant had been saved” framing, and the boss roster reflects the Heavensward story beats directly. Players face Ser Adelphel and Ser Grinnaux from The Vault, King Thordan and the Knights of the Round, then Nidhogg, Hraesvelgr, and Dragon-King Thordan in the final stretch. Mechanically it’s also the first Ultimate to use a mid-fight checkpoint, which changes how progression works — once Phase 1 is cleared, subsequent pulls skip directly to Phase 2, meaning teams can focus progression time on the harder later phases without repeating the opener every attempt.
An average group without professional assistance can expect around six days of intense progression to clear — and that’s assuming consistent scheduling and a group that doesn’t disband mid-prog. In practice, Party Finder groups for DSR are notoriously unstable: one player leaving after repeated wipes on a single phase can set a group back days while replacements are found and brought up to speed. Static groups that commit to regular sessions fare better but still routinely spend multiple weeks before their first clear. The boost eliminates the scheduling dependency, the PF lottery, and the wipe accumulation entirely.
Paladin is the only job that requires two Dragonsong Tokens to complete their weapon set — because the job uses both a sword and a shield, both of which are available as Ultimate Weapons of the Heavens and both count as separate weapon-slot items in the exchange. Every other job uses a single main-hand weapon and exchanges one token for it. Paladin players who want the full weapon and shield glamour set need two clears minimum, which is worth factoring into your run count when placing the order.
