Each additional clear stacks one totem toward the exchange, making multi-run orders a direct path to weapon farming for players who want a specific glamour without depending on a lucky drop. The weapons are item level 635 and serve primarily as glamour pieces in current content, but as permanent cosmetics tied to one of the game’s hardest clears they carry significant prestige value.

To access TOP, players must first complete Abyssos: The Eighth Circle on Savage difficulty, then travel to Old Sharlayan and speak to the Wandering Minstrel, who gives the quest “A Step Too Far” that unlocks the raid through Party Finder. P8S is the final floor of the Abyssos Savage tier — a mechanically demanding fight in its own right that requires a coordinated eight-player group and cannot be queued into through standard matchmaking.
