Where do I find Operation: Shieldwall quartermaster in Mists of Pandaria Classic?

The quartermaster of Operation: Shieldwall faction is Agent Malley. You can find her at Lion’s Landing in the Krasarang Wilds zone. Go to the flight path, just east of Proveditor Grantley and she will be there.

Agent Malley sells faction specific rewards that are available to players if they have enough reputation. You can buy epic trinkets, rings, belts, boots, and the Grand Armored Gryphon flying mount.

The only way to get those rewards is to complete daily quests. Some quest chains will become available as your reputation grows. Or you can simply ask Epiccarry for help!

Where do I get Operation: Shieldwall tabard in MoP Classic?

What is the fastest way to get Operation: Shieldwall reputation in WoW Pandaria?

The very obvious thing to do is questing.Initiate the Questline Visit the Shrine of Seven Stars in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and your character will automatically get “Meet the Scout” quest.
