1. Within 3–7 minutes, our manager will contact you by chat or email to confirm what item and modifiers you want;
2. We’ll assign one of our experienced boosters who specializes in PoE 2’s crafting;
3. They’ll use the necessary currencies and mechanics to prepare your item exactly as requested;
4. Once ready, the finished item will be traded to you in-game — just place a Rare item into the window for safety;
