For the FFXIV Fashion Report week judged October 9–13, 2026 (Week 454), the 100-point outfit is Gaganaskin Hat of Aiming in Cork Brown, Archaeoskin Jackcoat of Crafting in Rose Pink, dyeable hands and legs pieces in Rose Pink, Goatskin Leg Guards in Soot Black, and a Dreadwyrm Earring of Fending. Every equipment slot except the off hand must be filled, even the ones the theme does not hint at. You can be judged up to four times between Friday and the following Tuesday, before a new theme is decided.

Most of these items can be crafted, bought from NPC markets or picked up on the Market Board, and the dyes are usually sold by NPCs in the three main city-states. Glamoured gear is judged on its glamoured appearance.
80-point fallback
If you cannot put the full set together, a dyeable head piece in Cork Brown plus Goatskin Leg Guards with no dye reaches 80 points, with any dyeable body, hands and legs pieces filling the rest. All slots still need gear equipped.
Theme reveal and judging schedule
Masked Rose stands at the Gold Saucer (X:7.2 Y:7.4) and hands out the week's theme, which updates every Tuesday at 8:00 GMT. Judging opens each Friday at 8:00 GMT. Submitting the same outfit again without changing anything will not change your score and only uses up one of your four attempts.
Rewards
Participation pays 10,000 MGP, and a rating of 80 points or more adds another 50,000 MGP, for 60,000 MGP total. Both the participation reward and the high-rating bonus can only be collected once a week. Reaching 100 points also grants the Fashion Leader title.
Continuing to take part unlocks Kasumi's shop next to Masked Rose, which stocks glamour pieces such as the Spring Bottoms. Collecting 600 points across multiple weeks opens up its items.
Unlocking the Fashion Report
The Fashion Report needs level 15 and the Gold Saucer unlocked. Talk to Lewena at the Gold Saucer (X:4.8 Y:6.1) to pick up the quest "Passion for Fashion". You must first complete the quest "It Could Happen to You".
