Where to find Apothecary Eido
Eido's vendor post was the Tonic Laboratory in the Last City. The Tonic Table, where tonics were brewed, stood in the same room.
The Last City and the Tonic Laboratory both appear on the Year 8 vault list, so there is no route to her in the current game.
Is Apothecary Eido still available?
Year 8 launched on July 15, 2025, and with it a batch of destinations, seasonal content, activities and quests moved to the Destiny Content Vault. The Episode: Revenant narrative, the Last City, the Tonic Laboratory and the Revenant activity Something Left to Say all appear on that list. Seasonal content stays for the expansion year it launched in and then moves to the vault when a new expansion arrives.

- Spectroscopic Shell: a completion drop tied to Act III Key Fieldwork.
- Revenant weapons: Liturgy, Exuviae, Red Tape, Vantage Point, Scavenger's Fate, Insurmountable, Sovereignty, Noxious Vetiver and Bitter/Sweet sat in her reward pool.
- Materials and packages: Ascendant Alloy, Enhancement Cores and Prisms, ingredient bundles and tonic reagent sacks.
How rank worked during Revenant
The rank track was Episode: Revenant's vendor reputation progression. Eido's responsibilities included crafting materials and tonic recipes, quests in the field, reputation rewards among them weapons and armor, bounties for collecting ingredients, plus special rewards for turning in finished tonics.
She ran a laboratory where she brewed tonics for Guardians and taught them to brew their own.

How to farm rank with Eido
Rank came from fieldwork quests, tonic requests and bounties, plus crafting tonics from reagents gathered in the episode's activities and delivering them to Eido. Onslaught: Salvation, the episode's wave-survival activity, was a key activity tied to her requests and rewarded reputation.
Daily bounties, such as defeating enemies with specific weapon types, also paid reputation.
Brewing Enhancement Cores in Eido's Tonic Capsule was another route to reputation and extra rewards.

Tonic requests
Eido asked for specific brews, and each delivery returned reputation and items. The requests fell into a few groups:
- Large tonics: Enhancement Cores and Glimmer.
- Refined tonics: Amplified Arc, Brawling, Protecting Frost, Renewing Finishers, Stasis Crystallization, Void Shrapnel and Weakening Void.
- Weapon tonics: Kinetic, Energy and Power Weaponry.
- Onslaught weapon tonics: Bitter/Sweet, Chroma Rush, Exuviae, Ignition Code, Insurmountable and Liturgy.
- Armor and gear tonics: Shadestalker Armor and Worldly Gear.
Fieldwork quests
The chain opened with Act I's prologue: meet Mithrax in the Last City, collect Eido's gift at the holoprojector, speak with Eido at the holoprojector, run the Onslaught: Salvation playlist, report back to Eido, then brew a tonic at the Tonic Table. Small fieldwork tasks unlocked the major fieldwork task, and the story continued through Variks and Eramis at the holoprojector to the Mission: Something Left to Say.
Could Revenant content come back?
The vault list notes that activities may be re-added into the Portal in later releases.
Priorities if you played the rank track
Deliver finished tonics rather than stockpiling them, since the reputation came from the hand-in. Watch the Tonic Capsule for open requests and spend reagents on the brews Eido was asking for. Run Onslaught: Salvation when you needed both reputation and fresh reagents.
