The Qiraji hid in the temple and ruins, waiting to spread their darkness. Thousands of years ago, the Night Elves fought a brutal war against the Qiraji. They managed to trap them behind a giant wall called the Scarab Wall, but this was only a temporary fix.
Now, in the Season of Discovery, the war heralding begins. The Alliance and Horde discover that the Qiraji forces are rising again. Whispers of C’Thun’s return spread across the land. To stop this threat, players must gather supplies in a massive server-wide event called the Ahn’Qiraj War Effort. Both factions need war effort supplies to prepare for the assault on Ahn’Qiraj.
