Orders are automatically assigned objectives introduced with the Renegades expansion that replace most Daily Bounties and Seasonal Challenges. They reward you with XP, Bright Dust, and gear simply for playing activities, using weapons, and engaging with the game as you normally would.
When you log in, the game assigns a set of Orders visible in the Seasonal Hub Overview tab. As you complete activities, these Orders progress and, once completed, pay out rewards and are replaced by new ones, with a chance to upgrade into higher tiers like Legendary and Exotic Orders.
Orders award XP, Bright Dust, and gear, with higher tiers giving larger payouts. They also contribute to your seasonal rank, Portal reward tracks, and overall progression, making them a steady background source of rewards every session.
Orders come in three tiers: Common, Legendary, and Exotic. Common Orders are quick, low-yield objectives; Legendary Orders require more focused effort and pay better; Exotic Orders are rare, season-limited tasks that grant the highest Bright Dust rewards.
No. Orders replace most global bounties and Seasonal Challenges but some vendors still offer classic Daily and Weekly Bounties. You can complete these alongside Orders for extra XP and materials.
Yes. For most Common Orders, your fireteam’s kills and actions contribute partial progress. This encourages team play rather than forcing you to compete for individual tags.
