Buy PoE 2 Tangmazu Boosting because the buildup to this fight runs longer than most players expect from a single Pinnacle encounter. Tangmazu sits behind a full Delirium questline through Elder Madox, a Grand Mirror double-boss kill, a Simulacrum cleared across 7 increasingly dangerous waves, and only then a Raven’s Reflection that opens the Paracosm.

Buy PoE 2 Tangmazu Carry to put every attempt toward the kill, not of the fog-chasing leading into it. Stacking multiple runs in one order means more shots at the rarer pulls from this loot pool without re-clearing a Simulacrum or re-pushing Deliriousness between attempts.
Not in the traditional sense. Tangmazu’s realm bends around you instead of him being destroyed in a final cutscene, so the encounter ends with him banishing you from the Paracosm once his health pool is depleted. The Atlas Skill Points, loot, and progression all still register normally, the ending is just narratively different from a standard boss death.
No, each kill rolls independently from the full loot pool, so there’s no way to lock in one specific item ahead of time. Some pieces in this pool drop far more often than others, and the rarer pulls naturally take more attempts to land. Ordering several runs in one go is the standard way to improve your odds at any particular item without changing the underlying drop rates.
Split Personality is a Unique Jewel that can also drop from Tangmazu, letting you allocate Passive Tree points from a random class outside your own. It’s covered under the “all loot and currency yours to keep” inclusion if it drops during your runs. If Split Personality is specifically what you’re after, mention it to your manager so we can flag it as your priority target.
