The Ruins of Lordaeron, the new dungeon in the old human capital above the Undercity, has ten quests: six for Horde and four for Alliance. Four Horde quests start outside, in the Undercity, Tirisfal Glades and the Sepulcher; the rest start inside, several of them from loot. Every one can be taken from level 15, and the dungeon is built for levels 15 to 20.

Pickup order and the way in
- In Menethil Harbor, board the boat toward Auberdine and get off at Southshore, or fly there if you have the flight path.
- Ride west into Silverpine Forest, then north into Tirisfal Glades and east to the ruins.
- Inside, Captain Truman on your left gives Abominable Creatures.
- Undead start next door; everyone else takes the zeppelin from Orgrimmar to Tirisfal Glades or flies to the Undercity.
- Pick up the four quests outside before you go in.
The portal is in the courtyard of the ruined city above the Undercity: go in through the ruins’ front gate and, before the keep, up the stairs on your left, at 72.4, 11.6 on the Undercity map. After a wipe your ghost appears in the ruins’ courtyard.

Bosses
You can roam the open streets, yet most groups walk a U-shaped loop, King's Alley's spiders before the Scourge. The trash packs and patrols kill more groups than the bosses do, and Ghoul Plague should be cured at once, since it slows you and cuts your damage for half an hour.
Witherfang
The spider patrols King's Alley with her broodlings; pull her alone from range and expect poison on the tank. Horde players loot the Highly Toxic Strain here.
The Baron
The hardest fight. His knockback costs the tank close to half their health and stuns them, while he turns on someone else. Put him against a wall, keep melee out of his front and ranged spread. He drops the Abominable Head and the Head of the Baron.
Viktor the Vile
Optional: clicking the fireplace in the burned house in the south-west starts five waves, then Viktor. Begin at full mana.
The Abandoned
Walking up to the statue with glowing eyes in Market Square starts three waves from both corridors. Interrupt or stun the ghost's Drain Life on the tank.
Bjork
He patrols the north-west near ghoul packs, and his Anti-Magic Shield blocks spells for about three seconds.
Rath'mael
The last boss, in the fenced graveyard. Get out of his Flamestrike, which lands on the tank and whoever stands close. Edward Heartweaver's body and the Blood-Stained Letter are in this graveyard.
Lordaeron Captain
A rare spawn on the west side, friendly to Alliance, so only Horde groups can fight him. His two drops are the best in the dungeon.
