Updated November 4, 2026.

Blizzard reworked the Druid talent tree with the hotfixes of October 30: Berserk, Gift of the Earthmother and Improved Shifting Power are gone, Lacerate, Bloom and Predatory Discipline are new talents, and Furor and Heart of the Wild swapped trees. The builds below come from guides rewritten for the new tree: Feral for leveling, and Balance, Bear Tank and Cat DPS for level 60. Restoration and PvP builds will be back once a guide publishes them for the new tree. WoW Forever launches on November 4, so nothing at level 60 is tested in play yet, and we will update these as players reach 60.

Talents, spells and their numbers come from the game client. Every build and rotation comes from a published guide or plan, named under the planner. Where we changed an order or carried one over from leveling, the rotation says so. Nothing at level 60 is tested in play yet.

    Feral Leveling

Ferocity and Furor take the first eight points, then Feral Swiftness, Sharpened Claws and Savage Fury as Cat Form arrives at 20. Feral Charge comes at 24 and Predatory Discipline, new after the rework, at 25. Leader of the Pack arrives at 30, Rend and Tear fills levels 35 to 39 and Shifting Power comes at 40. The last 20 points go to Genesis, Nature's Majesty and Nature's Reach in Balance, then Heart of the Wild, Naturalist and Natural Shapeshifter in Restoration.

Talent points: 9 Balance, 31 Feral, 11 Restoration.

Rotation: keep up: Mark of the Wild, Thorns; before bear form: Wrath, Moonfire; in bear form: Enrage, Faerie Fire, Swipe, Maul; in cat form: Ravage, Shifting Power, Rip, Rake, Claw; when it helps: Demoralizing Roar, Regrowth, Bash.

    Druid raid builds

    Balance

This build rushes down Balance for Insect Swarm at 25, one of Balance's two damage-over-time spells, and leaves Genesis for later because Improved Wrath gives more early. From 26 it turns to Restoration for Nature's Focus, so you keep casting while you are hit, and Reflection, so you lose less Mana regeneration while casting. Improved Starfire, Nature's Grace, Eclipse and Moonfury follow, Moonkin Form comes at 48, and the last points go to Naturalist, Genesis and Vengeance. The same order takes you from level 10 to the level-60 build.

Talent points: 38 Balance, 13 Restoration.

Rotation: keep up: Moonkin Form, Mark of the Wild, Thorns; in the fight: Moonfire, Insect Swarm, Starfire, Wrath; when it helps: Hurricane, Faerie Fire, Rebirth.

    Bear Tank

This build goes down Feral with Feral Instinct, Feral Swiftness and Feral Charge by 20, then takes the new Lacerate at 25 and Predatory Discipline at 26. Leader of the Pack arrives at 30 and Rend and Tear by 39. Shifting Power and Primal Bite come at 40 and 41, and the last 19 points go to Heart of the Wild and Naturalist in Restoration, then Genesis, Nature's Reach and Nature's Majesty in Balance.

Talent points: 9 Balance, 32 Feral, 10 Restoration.

Rotation: keep up: Mark of the Wild, Thorns; in the fight: Primal Bite, Demoralizing Roar, Maul, Swipe; when it helps: Enrage, Faerie Fire, Feral Charge.

    Cat DPS

The Cat build shares most of its points with the Bear Tank: Lacerate, Predatory Discipline, Leader of the Pack, Primal Bite and Shifting Power in Feral, Heart of the Wild and Naturalist in Restoration, Genesis and two small talents in Balance. It puts two more points in Ferocity and one more in Furor, and only one in Rend and Tear. The guide gives no point order for it, so the tool shows the finished tree.

Talent points: 9 Balance, 32 Feral, 10 Restoration.

Rotation: keep up: Mark of the Wild, Thorns; in the fight: Shifting Power, Ferocious Bite, Rip, Rake, Shred; when it helps: Faerie Fire.
