What’s the most notable equipment that drops from Glukhar?

Honestly, Glukhar is one of the most forgettable Tarkov bosses and his loot pool is a great proof of that. If one good AR is what you need to unlock your PMC’s full potential, then you’re in luck. ASh-12 12.7×55 assault rifle is the only more or less impressive thing that drops from him. With the Reserve being one of the most interesting maps in the game, it is quite discouraging.
