Where do Kaban and Kollontay spawn in Streets of Tarkov Raid?

Kaban, a heavily armored weighty guy with PKM can be found in his own glamorous fortress – LexOs Dealership. It’s a heavily guarded building right in the middle of the map, really hard to miss it.
