Not everyone turned into a greedy, weapons-smuggling opportunist in the ruins of Tarkov. Some people actually try to keep the civilization afloat, helping those in need and being generally useful. One such person is Elvira Habibulina, an ex-head of the Trauma Care Department of Tarkov Central City Hospital, also known by many PMCs as the Therapist. Elvira is truly keen on helping those lucky enough to survive Contact Wars and will give willing PMCs humanitarian quests related to healing, medical supplies acquirement, and infostructure restoration. If you wish to help the Therapist restore Tarkov to its former glory (while making heaps of roubles along the way), or simply need some quality medical supplies to get you through the day, then completing Therapist quests is your best way to do it.
Don’t let the Therapist’s looks fool you. She tries to help the miserable and the wounded but does so for a hefty price. There’s some incredible pragmatism and a business-orientated mind under that calm smile, which is a good thing for us – helping the Therapist is still the least immoral way to make money in the gritty world of Tarkov. The Therapist has quite a variation of tasks: supply and information acquisition, hunting for rare medical supplies and equipment, and exploration. All require a good knowledge of Tarkov’s map and a significant investment of your time. Killing Scavs and terrorizing rival PMCs might be a bit more important, though, so let our booster take Therapist Quests off your hands.
You have access to the Therapist and her quests almost from the very start of the game, so no hoops today. However, to gain access to the most profitable quests you’ll have to finish a set of the starting ones and acquire some reputation to progress further:
Most of them revolve around basic exploration and medical supply acquisition, so low difficulty and a relaxed hike towards to closest Pharmacy is all you should expect from these tasks.
Elvira is the easiest trader in the game to befriend. To reach level 4 reputation and get access to some great medical loot you’ll need to be level 35, have 0.60 reputation points, and have sales above 900,000 roubles. Meet these requirements and enjoy access to the best meds in the game!
