The Kurenai quartermaster, Trader Endernor, is located in Telaar, the main Kurenai settlement in central Nagrand. He stands near the central fountain inside the village.
The usual route involves completing introductory quests in Zangarmarsh, finishing all Kurenai quests in Nagrand, and farming ogres for Obsidian Warbeads. Warbead turn-ins remain effective all the way to Exalted, but the grind can be lengthy without help.
Yes. Kurenai Talbuk mounts are exclusive to Alliance characters. Horde characters can access similar mounts through The Mag’har faction instead.
