Nine classes get datamined Season 1 tier sets in World of Warcraft: Forever: Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock and Warrior. The sets are crafted rather than dropped, using Malleable Essence of Nature farmed from the Hyjal Summit and Barrow Deeps raids, and you start out able to equip only one crafted piece. Nothing here is live yet — the sets are datamined from the beta and may change.
Which classes get tier sets in WoW Forever Season 1?
Nine classes have datamined sets.
| Class | Set names |
| Druid | Grovekeeper Raiment, Grovekeeper Rage, Grovekeeper Eclipse, Grovekeeper Ferocity |
| Hunter | Wildstalker Armor |
| Mage | Manaflare Regalia |
| Paladin | Justice Armor, Justice Battleplate, Justice Battlegear |
| Priest | Vestments of Conviction, Raiments of Conviction |
| Rogue | Grimstitch Armor |
| Shaman | The Spiritcaller, The Spiritcaller's Rage, The Spiritcaller's Storm |
| Warlock | Demonheart Raiment |
| Warrior | Battlegear of Glory, Battleplate of Glory |
Several classes get more than one set, split by role or specialization — Druids have four, Paladins and Shamans three each, and Priests and Warriors two each.
What are the 2-piece bonuses?
The 2-piece bonus is the first one you can reach, and it is the reason the Guardians of Hyjal reputation matters.
- Druid: 1% hit, or 1% attack and casting speed, or +7 Defense, or +10 Spirit depending on the set
- Hunter: 1% attack and casting speed
- Mage: 1% hit
- Paladin: +10 Spirit, +7 Defense, or 1% attack and casting speed depending on the set
- Priest: +10 Spirit or 1% hit
- Rogue: 1% hit
- Shaman: 1% hit, 1% attack and casting speed, or +10 Spirit depending on the set
- Warlock: 1% hit
- Warrior: 1% attack and casting speed or +7 Defense depending on the set
The sets carry entries up to six pieces, but only four items exist per set right now, so the higher bonuses are not reachable yet.
How do you craft a tier set?
You need the recipe for the item first. Recipes will likely drop from endgame content like max-level dungeons or raids.
Once you have a recipe, each craft costs Malleable Essence of Nature. The datamined costs are 3 per slot for shoulders, boots, leggings and gloves. The crafted items are Bind on Equip.
How do you farm Malleable Essence of Nature?
Malleable Essence of Nature comes only from disenchanting items from the two new raids, Hyjal Summit and Barrow Deeps. That gate is what limits how fast you can craft, so plan your raid clears around disenchanting rather than vendoring drops.
How do you equip two crafted pieces?
You start Forever able to equip a single crafted tier item, which means you cannot reach even a 2-piece bonus at first. The first increase to that limit is a reward from the new Guardians of Hyjal reputation, and it lets you equip two pieces of your Artisan set and pick up the 2-piece bonus. Further increases are expected as the game progresses.
If you want the gear handled for you while you sort out recipes and reputation, a WoW Forever PvP Sets Boost takes the farming off your hands.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the tier sets confirmed?
No. The information is datamined from the beta and is subject to change. The set bonuses in particular should be taken with a grain of salt.
Do all classes get a tier set?
Nine classes do: Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock and Warrior.
How many pieces does a set have?
Four items exist per set right now, but the sets have entries for six items, so more are likely encrypted.
Can I equip a full set at launch?
No. You can equip one crafted tier item at the start, and the Guardians of Hyjal reputation raises that to two.
