So far, the following classes have been confirmed for Path of Exile 2:

• Marauder:
  • Attribute: Strength;
  • Your good old melee class, designed specifically for smacking everything in a couple of miles radius into red pulp. Marauder is absolutely fun to play and will be a great pick for those looking for a fast and aggressive type of gameplay. However, some squishiness that comes with high DPS numbers also must be expected;  
• Ranger:
  • Attribute: Dexterity;
  • Master of bows and evasion tactics, Ranger is a great pick for those seeking a “hit-and-run” type of combat – he’s incredibly fast and agile, has tons of spell-suppressing tactics, and will add a couple of holes to whatever’s trying to get him before it even reaches him;  
• Witch:
  • Attribute: Intelligence;
  • A mysterious Spellcaster specializing in occult and elemental magic, Witch can deal damage either via powerful spells, or hordes of summoned minions – great distance-based damage and surprising survivability; 
• Duelist:
  • Attribute: Strength/Dexterity;
  • A love child of Ranger and Marauder, Duelist is a great pick for those looking to deal some damage, all the while retaining control over the battlefield with powerful buffs and traps;
• Templar:
  • Attribute: Strength/Intelligence;
  • Physical strength combined with an ability to wield deadly magical spells, Templar is fueled by his unyielding fate to protect the weak and cast down all the horrors of Wraeclast. Quite tanky and extremely useful as a team member, but can significantly miss the mark DPS-wise;
• Scion:
  • All attributes:
  • Scion is truly a wild card that can turn into an unimaginable force on the battlefield. This class starts with all the attributes evened, allowing for extreme versatility when leveling up. Later in the game, Scion gains the ability to use other classes’ active skills. This one’s tricky and will take some studying to master. However, if you’ll be able to harness all the power of this unbelievably versatile specialization – be ready to absolutely crush your opponents;
• Sorceress:
  • Attribute: Intelligence;
  • Burn, Freeze, and Electrify your adversaries as a powerful Sorceress – an elements-wielding maniac that can deal some of the best damage in the entire game if attuned correctly. The lack of HP reserves in Sorceress is well compensated by tons of AoE and DoT abilities that allow to keep enemy combatants in check during the fight; 
• Huntress:
  • Attribute: Dexterity;
  • The new, spear-focused class brings unmatched precision and agility in both the close range and long-range combat;
• Warrior:
  • Attribute: Strength;
  •  Similar to Marauder, but somewhat even more unhinged, Warrior devastates the battlefield with AoE-induced mace attacks that stagger and immobilize enemies, giving you an unpaired tactical advantage;
• Mercenary:
  • Attribute: Strength/Dexterity;
  • Flexible and versatile Mercenary uses crossbow and gorilla tactics to disorient and crush his opponents. Great pick for those looking for some quality ranged damage paired with some powerful DoT abilities; 
• Shadow:
  • Attribute: Intelligence/Dexterity;
  • A dark twist on a classical rogue formula, Shadow is a powerful class that yields traps and a pair of deadly daggers to strike its victims from the least expected position; 
• Mönch 
  • Attribute: Intelligence/Dexterity;
  • Monk is always ready to deal some quality damage with either bare hands or his trusty quarterstaff. A great and quite versatile new introduction to the Path of Exile class rooster that combines agility-based moves and powerful spells.

Quite a choice, huh? We’re still getting a full list of the new Accendancies for all listed classes, and can share the following info at the moment:

• Beastmaster (Ranger):

• Tactician (Ranger):
  • Description: The Tactician specializes in totem skills and buffs, enhancing the effectiveness of totems in combat. This Ascendancy allows players to support their allies and control the battlefield by strategically placing totems that provide various benefits;
• Reaver (Marauder):
  • Description: The Reaver Ascendancy manifests ancestral spirits to aid in combat, allowing the Marauder to summon powerful allies that confront enemies. This class encourages teamwork and enhances the Marauder’s ability to deal with hordes of foes effectively;
• Ancestor (Marauder):
  • Description: The Ancestor focuses on empowering existing ancestral abilities and skills, such as Ancestral Cry, Ancestral Call, and totems. This Ascendancy enhances the Marauder’s connection to ancestral powers, making it a versatile option for those who want to blend offense with support;
• Defiler (Witch):
  • Description: The Defiler drains life and willpower from enemies, using their energy to enhance her own abilities. This Ascendancy represents a shift from traditional necromancy, focusing on life-draining mechanics rather than summoning minions, making it unique among Witch options;
• Arcanist (Witch):
  • Description: The Arcanist is associated with lightning-based abilities, enhancing and reimagining various lightning skills within the game. This Ascendancy allows players to harness the raw power of lightning, offering exciting gameplay possibilities centered around elemental damage.
