Defeating mobs grants reputation points and Shadow Dust, which can be exchanged for additional reputation through the World of Shadows quest.

Time-Lost enemies can also drop Time-Lost Scrolls. These scrolls allow you to summon special bosses worth 100 reputation points and obtain items used to create Time-Lost Offerings. Time-Lost Offerings can then be used to summon Terokk, who grants 500 reputation points when defeated. This farming cycle can be repeated until you reach Exalted reputation.
